Invoices need to be paid online within 14 days of receipt – we do not accept payment over the phone.

Paypal, debit and credit cards are accepted.
Patients who do not attend without notification (via email or telephone) will be charged at full rate.

A minimum of 48 hours cancellation notice is required.

Even if you have health insurance, you may have to part fund some of your treatment. Please check with your insurance company before your consultation. 

PLEASE NOTE I DO NOT SEE BUPA OR AXA PATIENTS FOR ACNE, ECZEMA, PSORIASIS OR VITILIGO. 

Repeat private prescription charges will be £50 from January 2024 

Please email your request to office@drdevshah.com and if Dr Shah can do this for you, then pay here and Dr Shah will arrange a script for you via Pharmacierge (you will still need to pay for the medications and delivery)

Please note Dr Shah provides an entirely paperless service. We do not post appointments, reminders, clinical letters or prescriptions so you will need to be able to access a computer to view these documents. Also, we do not accept anything by post.
